FAQS
-
At this time, Pacific Bloom Therapy does not accept insurance and operates as a private-pay practice. This allows us to offer more personalized, flexible care without the limitations that insurance companies often place on treatment, diagnosis, and session length.
However, you may still be able to receive reimbursement through your insurance provider using out-of-network benefits. If your plan includes these benefits, we can provide a monthly superbill that you can submit directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
We recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits, reimbursement rates, and deductible requirements.
If you have questions about payment or reimbursement, we’re always happy to help guide you through the process.

Sessions range from $175–$225, depending on length, services, and insurance. Please see my pricing page for a more detailed menu of my services and offerings.

Reach out through the contact form or schedule a free consultation call. It's a chance for us to connect, talk about what brings you to therapy, answer any questions, and explore whether working together feels like the right fit.
-
The first session is an intake appointment and typically lasts about 75 minutes. During this time, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, your goals, and any relevant background. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask questions and begin building a comfortable and supportive therapeutic relationship.

I support women navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationship and intimacy challenges, identity shifts, and the emotional weight of trying to hold everything together. I also specialize in perinatal and reproductive mental health, offering support through pregnancy, postpartum, fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, and other experiences unique to women's mental health.
I also work with mothers returning to sport, movement, and performance as they rebuild confidence, reconnect with their bodies, and rediscover a sense of identity beyond motherhood.
Therapy provides a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, process life's challenges, and build patterns that support greater resilience, balance, and lasting well-being.
-
We ask for 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be subject to the full session fee.
-
Many clients begin with weekly sessions, though we can adjust frequency depending on your needs, schedule, and goals.
